![]() | The following guidelines apply to software product returns:Packaged Products 1. All returns must be pre-authorized by IntraPDF. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns. 2. Product not purchased directly from IntraPDF or its e-commerce providers must be returned to the place of purchase and is subject to the return policies of the place of purchase. 3. Returned products must be complete of ALL components (CD, jewel case, manuals, box, etc.) that comprise the original shipment. No credit will be issued for incomplete or non-IntraPDF product and/or component returns. In addition to return of the product an Affidavit of Software Destruction must be completed and signed. 4. You must also destroy all copies of the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software. Once you have returned the Affidavit of Software Destruction to IntraPDF, all licenses you may have to use the software will be immediately terminated, and any further use of the software will be an infringement of copyrights as well as other intellectual property rights. 5. Returns must be received within 30 days after the date of shipment. 6. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) clearly displayed on the outsideof the return package. To receive an RMA contact IntraPDF via e-mail at info@intrapdf.com. Please provide complete order information and product serial number with your request. You will be given an RMA number and an Affidavit of Software Destruction via e-mail and the address for the return. It is suggested that you return the package with a carrier that has a reliable tracking system, as IntraPDF will not make a refund until it receives the package. 7. Upon receipt of an authorized return, IntraPDF will provide a refund to you, less shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded. Downloaded Software 1. All returns for downloaded software must be pre-authorized by IntraPDF. Refunds will not be made on unauthorized returns. 2. Products not purchased from IntraPDF or its e-commerce providers must be returned to the place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the place of purchase. 3. To receive a refund for downloaded software purchased from IntraPDF you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) and an Affidavit of Software Destruction. To receive an RMA contact IntraPDF via e-mail at sales@intrapdf.com. Please provide complete order information and product serial number with your request. You will be given an RMA number and an Affidavit of Software Destruction via e-mail and the address for the return. 4. The completed Affidavit of Software Destruction must be received within 30 days after the date of order and software download. 5. All Affidavits of Software Destruction must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) clearly displayed on the form. 6. You must also destroy all copies of the software from any computers owned or controlled by you where you have installed the software.
